Selection method of surface roughness for machining parts of machinery
The surface roughness of mechanical parts processing is an important technical indicator that reflects the micro-geometric error of the surface of mechanical parts. It is the main basis for checking the surface quality of parts. It is immediately related to the quality of the product, the service life and the cost of the product. There are three ways to select the surface roughness of mechanical parts, namely calculation method, test method and analogy method.
In the design of mechanical parts processing, a common application is the analogy method, which is simple, fast and reasonable. The application of the derivation must have sufficient references, and various current mechanical structure design guidelines have given a lot of materials and references. Common is the surface roughness that is compatible with the dimensional tolerance level. Under normal circumstances, the smaller the standard tolerance of mechanical parts, the smaller the surface roughness value of mechanical parts, but there is no fixed functional relationship among them.
Machining strength of mechanical parts refers to the ability of parts not to break or produce more than the allowable degree of plastic deformation during work. It is the most basic requirement for normal operation and production safety of all equipment. The standard countermeasures to improve the strength of parts are: ①Expand the specifications of the risk profile of the parts, effectively design the profile to enlarge the moment of inertia of the profile; ②Select high-strength raw materials, carry out heat treatment processes to increase the strength and reduce thermal stress of the raw materials, and manipulate the production Process to reduce or eliminate microscopic defects, etc.; ③to reduce the load on the parts; ④to properly involve the structure of the parts to reduce the stress level, etc.
